To address these challenges, the company launched a clean core strategy and selected RISE with SAP to accelerate its journey to a centralized cloud ERP. By moving to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, the client consolidated critical business processes into a single platform, automating key functions such as sales and finance while minimizing custom code. Supported by the SAP Activate methodology and an integrated toolchain—including SAP Signavio for process transformation, SAP Test Automation by Tricentis, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Build—the transformation was designed to deliver efficiency, scalability, and agility.
Early results include improved sample and stock accuracy, synchronization between ERP and point-of-sale systems, enhanced transparency in sales and inventory tracking, and more accurate gift card reconciliation. Embedded with SAP Business AI and native automation capabilities, employees are now freed from repetitive tasks, empowering them to deliver better customer experiences and drive innovation as the company scales globally.
