The client selected SAP Ariba solutions, including Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Buying and Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing Suite, guided buying, and Spend Control Tower, to address these challenges. The implementation provided a single platform to register and onboard suppliers, manage purchase orders and invoices, and consolidate global supplier and transactional data. The self-service vendor portal simplified tasks from tax information collection to payment processing, enabling stronger vendor relationships and operational efficiency. 

As a result, the client was able to reduce supplier onboarding from three months to just seven days, accelerate purchasing, enable touchless invoice processing for accounts payable, and more. With more than US$800 million in spend processed through the system and AI-enabled insights from Spend Control Tower, the company is positioned to further reduce procurement costs, manage budgets, mitigate supplier risk, and maximize value from global vendor relationships.
